tradepact.io is a software platform designed for trade professionals to generate quotes, capture signatures, and manage deposits. We use AI technology to assist in generating scope of works and exclusions.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided in your quotes. While our AI assists in generating content, you must review and verify all details before sending them to clients. We are not liable for errors in quotes generated by the Service.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Founding member pricing is locked for the life of the account as long as the subscription remains active. Cancellation of the subscription will forfeit the locked-in price.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tradepact.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via the email address associated with their account.
